A Journey To Burma, A Hidden Country
Burma, now know as ‘The Republic of the Union of Myanmar’,has charmed and intrigued many through the ages, including Kipling and Orwell. The country became isolated from the western world whilst under military rule from 1962 until almost the present day, and as a result is now one of the least developed nations in the world.
Rhiannon visited in December 2011 and will kindly give a presentation of slides selected from her many photographs.
