Swimming

Bathing is not advised at the Fort as it is very dangerous due to strong currents.

Safe bathing may be enjoyed from Dinas Dinlle beach.  This is a very fine three mile stretch of golden sand which slopes gently into the sea and so is suitable for adults and children alike.

This beach has a blue flag award.
